The capacitation drive, orchestrated by the E-Learning Directorate, is being executed through a tiered approach to ensure comprehensive organizational readiness. The flagship program entails a three-day LMS training symposium, mandatory for all instructional staff across the university’s campuses. This in-depth workshop is focused on mastering the platform’s full suite of tools for effective course curation, dynamic content delivery, and streamlined assessment management. Concurrently, a specialized briefing was conducted at the Shire Campus Digital Library, targeting Deans, Department Heads, administrative staff, focal persons, and IT technicians. This session was tailored to align academic leadership and support staff with the strategic oversight and technical maintenance required for a seamless e-learning integration. Further deepening the initiative’s reach, a dedicated training session was held at the Faculty of Textile and Fashion Technology (FTFT).
